This is primarily done through timers to force you to speed through the level, compared to EW where they reward you for going faster.
The following things are probably my biggest complaints about X2 (and thus why I think EU/EW are better before mods):Įxcessive use of punishment to force you to play how they want. I personally think that EU/EW is better but that X2 has more replayability thanks to mods.
