once you have done that do the same but not with 9600 but with 8081. once you found the settings add a line with your IP that is in cmd the line after IPv4 Address and port range or starting point and ending point with 9600 like in the image I added, the Protocol should be both UDP and TCP. Login and search for port forwarding sometimes it's in the open and other times it's under security settings. then go to any browser and paste that line this should take you to your routers website. then you should see a line called default gateway and copy the bottom line of the 2 lines next to it so the one with only the nubers and points. and press enter btw do this on your spare pc.
