These charges may appear on a later bill. It can take up to 30 hours (sometimes longer) for some usage charges to show on your bill, especially if you use Sky Mobile abroad. In the My Sky app: Select Mobile from the bottom menu, then select Your mobile bill. Scroll to the ' View itemised bill' section and select the arrows beside each option. Online: Go to your Mobile bill and sign in with your Sky iD. On your device, go to device support and search for ‘ check mobile data usage (internet)’ and follow the instructions.
In the My Sky app: Select Mobile from the bottom menu. Online: Go to your Mobile account and sign in with your Sky iD. Got more than one plan on your account? Remember to select the mobile number or SIM name you want to look at. Check your data, calls and texts usage online or in the My Sky app.
